Joey Negrete is an Actor/Singer/Musician currently residing in Athens, OH, working towards his BFA in Musical Theatre Performance at Ohio University’s School of Theatre. Hailing from Southern California he has been performing for many years in both theater and music based spaces.

Credits include Rent (Roger), Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Joseph), A Little Night Music (Fredrik Egerman), Ride the Cyclone (Ricky), 9 to 5: The Musical (Joe), The Prom (Kevin), and Carrie (George, Tommy u/s). Joey studies under Steven Strafford and Brent Frederick with vocal training from Dr. Daniel Stein.
